  1. I met Ms. LINDA through my sister while visiting Bethel Baptist. She was a very kind lady. I know she will be missed. My sister Barbara worked very close with her in The good news club. And other church activites. She loved Ms. Linda dearly. God bless the family.

Elaine, we were so saddened to hear of Linda’s passing. Her passion for CEF has impacted many and she will now receive her reward for her faithfulness.

  3. We will miss Linda. We saw how you loved and shared the gospel of Christ. God bless you Elaine and Diane and the rest of her family.

  4. This dear, dear woman will be so missed. I met her very shortly after we moved here 6 1/2 years ago. She asked me to help out in the Child Evangelism Fellowship Good News Club after school. I am so glad I did, because I got to see her incomparable passion for sharing the gospel with children, as she does so passionately and sweetly. Both of my girls were led to the Lord by her and many of our church kids heard the gospel under her teaching at our VBS every year and received Christ. She attended their baptism, too. I always asked her to teach the Bible story at VBS because I knew without a doubt she would clearly share the gospel with the children. I don’t know how many lives were saved as a result of her ministry, but I know it’s far more than even she could have anticipated. Her body may have been weak, but she always gave 100% of herself to her calling. I will miss her so much. Thank you, Ms. Linda, for being such a wonderful example of faithfulness in evangelism.

  5. So sorry to hear about Linda! I had the pleasure of working with her for four years in the CEF after school program at Carnesville Elementary and Royston Elementary! She was a dedicated servant of Jesus Christ!

  6. She loved the Lord with all her heart and absolutely succeeded in being the hands and feet of Jesus here on earth. As a helper several years ago with CEF, saw firsthand her love for the children, whose lives she touched here in Franklin Co. To her family, may you be comforted knowing there is no more pain and suffering, for she is now in the presence of her Lord and savior, Jesus Christ.
