  1. Andrews Family,
I worked with Frank at the Board of Education for years. He was a good friend and a good person to work with. You have my deepest sympathy.

  2. I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Frank’s passing. He was such a special part of my families lives when my babies were in school. He was the one and only bus driver my children had, and he took care of them as if they were his own. I never had to worry about their safety, and I appreciate how he kept up with them through the years. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We Love you, Ricky, Edna, Ryan and Robyn (Thompson) Roper
