James Woodrow Adams, 73, of 319 Adams Road, Red Hill Community, passed away
Friday morning, July 3, 2015, at Stephens County Hospital.

Born February 18, 1942, in Banks County, he was the son of the late Clarence Joseph and Mattie Pauline Brown Adams. He was the husband of the late Virginia Hill Adams and father of Gary Adams. The last member of his immediate family, he was the brother of the late Harold Adams, Clifford Adams, Wayne Adams, Francine Hart and Barbara Shirley. He was retired logger. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include; one son, Steve Adams, Martin, GA, two daughters, Wanda Crump, Carnesville, and Cindy Wright, Martin, GA; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Services will be Sunday afternoon at 2pm at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel of the Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville, GA with Rev. Steve McIntyre. Internment will be in the Franklin Memorial Gardens.

The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home. The family is at the home. They will receive friends from 3 until 5pm Saturday afternoon at the funeral home.
