  1. I am saddened. I had a very small association with Mr. Little. He was very kind and gentle man. May God Bless his memories!

  2. My wife and I are so sorry to hear of Mr. Bill’s passing . He was such a nice and thoughtful person, always so enjoyable to be around. We have been customers of Boot’s Plus for a number of years and always looked forward to going in to shop and chat with him. He will be missed. Our prayers are with your family.
Your friends, Boyd and Lisa Sewell

  3. My cousin’s who grew up in Franklin Co introduced me to Bill many years ago & I’ve driven from Stephens Co. ever since to purchase my jeans & hunting clothes from him, but probably more so to enjoy our visits. He knew a lot of the same people I did & always had some news or wanted to know if I’d seen somebody in Stephens Co. who was a mutual friend. I’m really going to miss Mr. Bill & as a matter of fact I have a note in front of my desk of things to have him order for me. Bill Little was a nice, friendly man who did a fantastic job promoting Franklin Co. & Carnesville, Ga. We’ll miss you my old friend!

I was so saddened to read of Bill’s death. Unfortunately, I did not know of the opportunity to meet with family and friends yesterday afternoon, had I known, I would have been there. I, too, have so many memories of the H N Little store, Mr. and Mrs. Little, and Bill when growing up in Carnesville. One particular memory came to mind. I had begun to sew, Mother and I were in Little’s, shopping for fabric, pattern, and notions. Bill was right there with us, helping us to select the right size pattern for me. This is just one of many examples of the gentleman that Bill Little was. He will be missed. With love to all, jane
