Ernest Bradford “Ernie” Hyde, 71, passed away Saturday morning, July 18, 2020, at the Hartwell Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hartwell, GA.
Born in Carnesville, Georgia, he was the son of the late Johnny Robert and Magnolia Corn Hyde. He was the brother of the late Louise Hyde, David Hyde, Bob Hyde, Joe Hyde, Charles Hyde, Coy Hyde, and Roy Hyde. He was a cattle farmer and was a member of Hunter’s Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by his brother, Johnny Hyde, Carnesville, Ga; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2pm at B D Ginn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ben Huff. Interment will be at Hopewell Presbyterian Church cemetery.
The body is at Ginn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12noon until 2pm Tuesday afternoon. Friends that wish to pay their respect Monday can do so between 12 noon and 4pm at the Ginn Funeral Home.
