Lillie Faye Sorrow, 66, of Lavonia, GA, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 9, 2018 at her home.
Born December 12, 1951, in Commerce, GA she was the daughter of the late Thurston and Mary Lou Parker Westbrook. She was the sister of the late Betty McKern and Thomas Brantley Westbrook. She was a retired cook with Hardee's. She was a member of the Nail's Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include three children, Becky & Jason Young, Lavonia, Jason & Teresa Sorrow, Lavonia, and Tina Duck, Fitzgerald, GA; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Brianna, Haley, Tyler, Amber, Brady, and Jenn; five great-grandchildren, Jackson, Grayson, Kaden, Chloe, and Kylie.
Services will 2pm Thursday at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. John Forbes and Rev. Joe Renfro. Interment will be at Nails Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 1pm Thursday. the families are at their homes and will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
