Olin Taylor Davison, 77, of the Bold Springs Community, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 14, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, in Gainesville, GA.

Born April 21, 1944, in Bold Springs, he was the son of the late James Henry and Edna Irene Cothran  Davison. He was the brother of the late Doyle “Dock” Davison, Lamar Davison, Jimmie Lou Sharp,  Dillard Davison, Lorene Davison, Louise Ashworth, Ellis Davison, and Thelma Fleischer.  He was a poultry and crop farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Gladyne Rylee Davison; two sons and daughter-in-law, Tony and Julie Davison, Carnesville, and Tommy Davison, Carnesville; daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Greg Dove; sisters, Ruth Sparks Commerce, and Polly Farr, Augusta, GA;  five grandchildren, one great-grandchild;  number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will  be 3pm Friday afternoon at the Middle River Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Davison.

The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home. The families are at their homes. They will receive friends from 1pm until 2:30pm at the funeral home prior to the service. Condolences may be left at the family at ginnfuneralhome.com.
