Sammy Mack Wilson, 83, of the New Bethel Community, passed away Wednesday afternoon, February 12, 2020.
Born March 24, 1936, in Suwanee, Georgia he was the son of the late Fields Chapman and Lella Mae Wilson. He was the father of the late Sammy Lamar Wilson, and the brother of the late Ben Wilson, Woodrow Wilson, F C Wilson, R B Wilson, Gene Wilson, and Willie Wilson. He was a mechanic and was retired from Bobby Sykes Oldsmobile in Lawrenceville. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Barbara and Wade Buice, Toccoa, Becky Smith, Commerce, Susan Wilson, Carnesville, and Pam Guiney, Good Hope, Ga; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are planned for Saturday at 2pm at the Sugar Hill Cemetery in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
