
Sandra Elaine Blalock, 59, of the Double Churches community, passed away Sunday morning, October 7, 2018, at her home.
Born August 23, 1959, in Seneca, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Hattie Jo Rholetter Suttles Albertson and the late Billy Ray Suttles. She was the sister of the late Teresa Sullivan and step-daughter of the late Ellsworth Miles “Bud” Albertson. She was beloved by her family and was a poultry farmer with her husband Mike. She was a graduate of Westminster High School and a member of New Grace Tabernacle Church, in Commerce, GA.
She is survived by her husband Mike Blalock; her mother, Hattie Jo Albertson, Fair Play, SC; two daughters Jamie Plantier, Carnesville, and Candace (Dustin) Holladay, Murrell’s Inlet, SC; four grandchildren, Draven Hunter, Gavin Holladay, Isabelle Plantier, and Eden Plantier; three sisters, Debbie Rholetter, Fairplay, SC, Wanda Tompkins and Lynn Carter, both of Seneca, SC; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Mayra Blalock, Carnesville; nieces, Mia and Amy Blalock; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Janalu Blalock, Carnesville.
Services will be Wednesday morning at 11am at the New Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Derrick Anglin. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville. The family is at the home. They will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Condolences may left at ginnfuneralhome.com.
