Wanda Segars Stanton

Wanda Jean Segars Stanton, 65, of Carnesville, passed away Wednesday morning October 23, 2019.

Born March 13, 1954, in Toccoa, GA, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Betty King Segars. She was a 1972 graduate of Franklin County High School and was a home health caretaker.  She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Michelle Jorschumb, of Bowersville, and Jeff Jorschumb of Carnesville; sister , Shirley Willis of Carnesville; and  ten grandchildren.

Serivces will be 3pm Sunday afternoon at the New Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Stacey Lynch. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

They body is at the Ginn Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2 until 3pm Sunday at New Bethel Baptist Church prior to the service.  Those wishing to make memorials in her honor please do so to New Bethel Baptist Church.  Condolences may be left at ginnfuneralhome.com.
