Charles Martin Jabubiak, 84, of the Sunshine community passed away Monday March 29, 2021 at Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa.
Born May 11, 1936 in Hartford, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth Mitchell Jakubiak. He was a retired accountant and served in the U S Air Force.
Survivors include two chaildren, Michelle Jakubiak Smith of Granby, Ct, and Cynthia Jakubiak, of Londonberry New Hamshire; sister Marie "Elaine" Keranen, of Toccoa; 2 nephews, 3 nieces, 3 great-nephews, 5 great nieces, 2 great-great-nephews, and 3 great-great-nieces.
Memorial services for UNCLE CHUCK will be held at the KERANEN HOUSE on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 1130am for family. In keeping with social distancing, Friends and Neighbors are welcome to come at 130pm.
