Crystal Diane Matthews, 38 of Anderson South Carolina passed away Sunday morning January 26, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson SC.

1981 in Toccoa, She was the daughter of the late Larry Malloy of Carnesville GA. She was a 4

Grade teacher at Temple Christian Academy in Anderson SC. She had lived in the Anderson SC area for 9 years and had moved there from the Carnesville community.

Survivors include her daughter Caylon Matthews of Anderson SC. Her mother Tina Malloy of Carnesville GA. Two Sisters Wanda Malloy & Paul Atha and  April & Jay Thurmond both of the Carnesville area.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00pm at B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel and burial following at Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm here at Ginn Funeral Home on Monday January 27, 2020. The family will be at the home of April & Jay Thurmond in Carnesville. The family request that memorials be made to Ginn Funeral Home, P O Box 37, Carnesville, Georgia 30521, to help pay funeral expenses.
