Donald Roy "Don" Caudell, 64, of the Red Hill Community passed away Friday, January 5, 2018.
Born June 15, 1953, in Toccoa, GA, he was the son of the late Delmas Rastus and Frances Wynelle Ayers Caudell. He was the son-in-law of the late Esco Milford. He was a member of the Franklin County High School class of 1971. He was a retired machinist with K&S Machine Products and was a farmer. He was an avid rabbit hunter and was a member of Rabbits Unlimited and Tokeena Rabbit Club. A member of the Allens United Methodist Church, he was Bible Study Leader, and member of the Choir, UMM, and Men's Sunday School Class.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Milford Caudell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Kyle and Annette Caudell, Townville, SC, and Craig and Tiffany Caudell, Social Circle, GA; grandchildren, Kaylyn, Kade, Kendyl, Ryder, and Rowan; three brothers, Wayne Caudell, Carnesville, Charles Caudell, Martin, and Richard Caudell, Toccoa.
Services will be Sunday afternoon at 3pm at Allens United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kyle Caudell and Rev. Johnny Ray. Committal and Interment will be in the church cemetery with Rev. Walton McNeal and Rev. Joey Whitlock.
The family is at the home. Family and friends will gather Sunday afternoon in the Allens Family Life Center from 1:30 until the funeral hour for a remembrance celebration of Don's Life.
