Evelyn Banks

Evelyn Royston Banks, age 100, passed away peacefully at The Veranda Assisted Living center in Carnesville, January 10th 2025.

Evelyn was born in Royston, GA on November 7th 1924 to Judge and Lona Royston. She married the love of her life, Verner Banks on August 14th 1946. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Evelyn is survived by her three children Tommy Banks, Lanny & Sandy Banks and Elaine & Charles Honea. Six Grandchildren, Sherry Cieslukowski, Bambie Banks, Jason Banks, Christy Singh, Sandy Ankerich and Katrina Spencer. And 32 great and great great grandchildren that she loved dearly.

She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday the 18th at 2:00pm at Riverside Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens North.
