Glenn McDuffie

Glenn Davis McDuffie, 80, of the Plainview Community, passed away Tuesday afternoon at the Pruitt Healthcare of Toccoa.

Born August 10, 1938, in Carnesville, GA, he was the son of the late Isaac Daye and Jettie Mae Aderhold McDuffie.  He was the brother of the late Moody Lowell McDuffie and Martha Marguerite Howell.  He was a poultry farmer and had served in the Georgia National Guard. He was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church.

He is survived by a sister JoAnn Sytz of Gastonia, NC, and a brother Isaac D. McDuffie of Maysville, GA; nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday afternoon at 2pm at the New Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Joey Stewart.  Interment with military honors will be in the church cemetery.

The body is at Ginn Funeral Home Carnesville. The family is at the home.  They will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Friday evening at the funeral home.  Condolences may be left at ginnfuneralhome.com.
