Ann Marie Pritchett Cornett, 51, of the Hunters Creek Community, passed away Tuesday morning, November 3, 2020, at her residence.
Born April 19, 1969, in Franklin County, she was the daughter of Roger and Shirley Thurmond Pritchett. She was a graduate of Franklin County High School and Truitt McConnell College. She was the Lab Manager at Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia. She was a member of Hunters Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband George Cornett; her parents; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Matt Herring, Hartwell; sons, Bryson Cornett and Brady Cornett, both of the home; grandson Landers Herring; sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Walter Chastain, and nephew Andy Chastain, all of Wasilla, Alaska; and her beloved dog, Copper.
Services will be 2pm Friday afternoon at the Hunter’s Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Brandon Crunkleton, Rev. Tommy Childress, and Rev. Vernon Dorminey. Interment will be in the church The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home. The family is at the home, and will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Thursday evening at the funeral home. Friends may also pay their respects also Thursday afternoon from noon until 6pm.cemetery.
