Mary Prince

Mary Belle Plott Prince, age 81, passed away on December 4, 2024 in Toccoa, Ga.

Mary was born in Blairsville, Ga to Archie and Mattie Plott on July 19th 1943. Mary married William Melton Prince Sr of Thomaston, GA. Mary worked as a Florist for Alexanders in Toccoa and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Melton Prince Sr, parents Archie & Mattie Plott, infant daughter Dawn Prince, son Terry Plott and sibling Eula Mae Harkins.

Mary is survived by her children William "Billy" Prince Jr of Baldwin, Melanie & Alton Williams of Adairsville, GA. Regina and Paul Weekley of Carnesville. Grandchildren Ashley & James Caviness of Cartersville, GA Clay & Katie Williams of Rome, GA, Victoria & Dillon Eby of Baldwin, GA Savannah Weekley & John Botts of Martin, GA, Amber Weekley & Tanner Schawb of Carnesville,Ga and TJ Weekley of Carnesville. Siblings TJ Plott of Ivy Log, NC and Austine Colwell of Blairsville, GA.

Visitation will be held at Ginn Funeral Home Saturday the 7th from 9:00am till 11:00am.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel at Ginn Funeral Home Saturday at 11:00am with Rev. Leon Carson and Pastor Alton Williams officiating. Interment services will be held at Dallas City Cemetery in Dallas GA at 3:00pm Saturday with Pastor Alton Williams address 444 Confederate Ave, Dallas, GA 30132.
