Melissa Lynn Ledford-Cline, 50, of Carnesville, passed away Thursday morning, September 20, 2018 at the St Mary’s Hospice House in Athens.
Born May 17, 1968, in Commerce, Georgia she was the daughter of David and Ellen McClure Ledford. She was the sister-in-law of the late Mack Nicholson. She was a member of the FCHS class of 1986. She was an avid photographer and active in the COPD Awareness Society. She was a member of the Mt View Baptist Church, Baldwin.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Cline; her parents; one son and daughter-in-law, Alex and Kennya Cline, Winder, GA; two daughters and son-in-law, Tiffany and William Jordan and Megan Cline, both of Carnesville; seven grandchildren, Bailey, Caden, Keel, Cohen, Korbin, aiden, and Lilliana; one sister, Rhonda Nicholson, Carnesville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. Gary and Lori Ledford, Carnesville, and Ricky and Paula Ledford, Carnesville.
Services will be Saturday afternoon at 2pm at the Carnesville Church of God, with the Rev. Tommy Childress. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2pm Saturday at the church before the service.
