Michael Shane Edwards, 53, of the Double Churches Community, passed away October 10, 2018 at his home.
Born March 16, 1965, in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of Larry Edwards and the late Shelia Ann Evans. He was the grandfather of the late Tristan Paine. He was employed by the City of Royston and was of the Baptist faith.
He was survived by his wife, Shelia Baker; his father, Larry Edwards, Port Charlotte FL; four children, Paige Edwards, Acworth, Michael Edwards Jr, Bowersville, Jessica Harman, Franklin, GA, and Joshua Baker, San Antonio, TX; ten grandchildren, Jackson, Harper, Hadleigh, Zeke, Zake, Zeb, Jillian, Kylie, Bella, and Gunner; brother, Travis Edwards, Good Hope GA; sister. Vanessa Jinks, Carnesville.
Services 11am Saturday morning, at the B D Ginn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Britt Ginn. Interment will be in the Franklin Memorial Gardens North.
