Millard Bradley

On Monday December 28, 2020 Millard Dewey Bradley moved on to his heavenly home the son of Warren Cash Bradley Sr and Nannie Eleanor Hulsey Bradley. The youngest of thirteen children he was raised on a hundred acre cotton farm in the New Franklin Community near Canon, Georgia. At the age of nineteen on December 27, 1952 he married Barbara Jeanette Callicutt the love of his life. They were married for 68 years Sunday December 27, 2020. After his time in the Army he became a career long independent trucker owner/operator. He lived his entire life in New Franklin Community. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He loved animals. He was a loving father and husband. He is survived by his wife Barbara, son Marshall, daughter in law Susan, grandchildren Keith, Carley, Sammy, Zeke, sister in law Emily Chitwood, sister in law Anna Bradley, many many nieces and nephews, and his two beloved and favorite dogs Oliver Bo and Bandit. At Millard's request there will be no service. In lieu of flowers Millard requested donations be made to New Franklin Church Cemetery Fund-4244 New Franklin Church Road, Canon, GA 30520; and Sheriff's Youth Homes Foundation-PO Box 1000, Stockbridge, GA 30281. He will be dearly missed by his friends and loved ones.
