Theresa Bryant

Theresa Kay Hudson Bryant, 77, passed away on October 4, 2024, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

 She was born on July 24, 1947 to the late Talmage and Lula Baker Hudson of Carnesville. Theresa was in the first graduating class at Brenau School of Nursing. She retired as an administrator from Premier Hospice and Palliative Care. She was a member of Mount Zion Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Ellis Bryant III and parents, Talmage and Lula.

She is survived by her two sons Ellis & Kristine Bryant of Hartwell and Patrick Bryant of Carnesville. Grandson Zackery Bryant of Hartwell. Three sisters Lena & Larry Cornwell of Carnesville, Thanna & Ed Chadwick of Ellijay and Deborah Hudson of Carnesville. Nieces and Nephews Angie & Phillip Parson of Lavonia, Kristin & Michael Habel of Carnesville, Lauren Cornwell of Carnesville, Larry Bo Cornwell of Carnesville, Timothy & Miranda Cornwell of Carnesville. Lora & Dustin Millwood of Cleveland, GA, and Tera & Zack Manders of Royston, GA. And many great nieces and nephews.

The services for Theresa Bryant will be held at Mount Zion in Carnesville GA on Saturday October 12, 2024 at 2:00pm. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM till 2:00 PM with a Memorial service following at 2:00 PM with Rev. Tommy Childress presiding over the services. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Mount Zion building fund or Double Churches Fire Department in her honor.
